Theme for September- What is Truth?

This series is about the nature of Truth. As part of our ethical precepts, we say that we undertake to abstain from false speech and to practise truthful speech. But how do we know what it true? We can’t speak the truth if we don’t know the truth. We all have ideas, views and interpretations but how do we really know what’s true?

3 September: Maitrisara

10 September: Dharmashalin

17 September: Balajit

24 September: Shantiprabha

Each class will include a period of meditation, a talk/ presentation and time for reflection, questions or discussion. Suitable for those who have been coming to the Buddhist Centre for more than three months.

To attend any event in-person you need to book and read the important information about attending an in-person event.
