Introductory Courses

6 week courses offering an introduction to meditation and Buddhist tools for living well.

The next course starts Tuesday 29th September until 3rd October. Timings 7.30-9.00pm

Our hope is that we will be able to run the course in-person, following our Covid saftey guidelines. If that is not possible we’ll run it online. In either case please book a place here.

These courses provide an opportunity to have a more in-depth introduction to both the principles and techniques of meditation. There’s also more of an opportunity to explore the material with other participants and ask questions to the team leading the course.
