Online Meditation Day retreat with Vajradevi
Uncontrived Mindfulness: the Mystery of Awareness
Sunday 20 September
10.30am -12.30pm then 2pm-4pm (with tea breaks to break up the zooming!)
A day of meditation and input with some discussion. We will look at how Right Mindfulness, Right Effort and Right View work together as a path to a more sane, awake and wise life. Awareness alone is not enough, but when combined with Right View we bring together the conditions to see things as they really are and come to understand the simplicity, beauty and profundity of the Buddha’s teaching.
Vajradevi lives in Shrewsbury and is a very experienced meditation teacher, regularly leading retreats around Triratna. You can find out more about her here: https://uncontrivedmindfulness.wordpress.com/
The event will be on zoom and is suitable for those who have been meditating regularly for one year. To book a place please email the office at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then email you the zoom link ahead on the day.
